1 out of 5 starsI haven’t received them. I ordered them Aug. 22 and was supposed to have them by now. I was told 3 days ago that the seller would print them out that day & ship them by the next day at the latest. They still haven’t been shipped. I wish I could give zero stars.

Can I have something personalized or customized for my needs?
We are always happy to try to customize color or other elements of a design if possible. Additionally, many of the cards are very versatile and could be used or personalized for different occasions. If you are interested in further customization of any of our products, please send a message detailing your request. Once the final details have been agreed upon, a separate custom listing will be set up for you.
Returns/Exchanges
- All custom or personalized cards are are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- If an item is damaged during shipment only, please contact us for details on possible replacement.
-Due to their hand-designed nature, each handmade greeting card is unique and non-refundable.
(Please note: All handmade cards sold in sets or replicated from another may have slight differences per card. These are not imperfections, but make each card one-of-a-kind.)

International Shipping
We can offer international shipping for international orders, but please inquire prior to purchase if you do not see your country listed. Shipping may or may not include tracking information which varies by destination. Delivery can take 2-4 weeks, sometimes up to as long as 6 weeks depending on shipment location. Please note, international buyers are responsible for any and all import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees imposed by their country's laws and regulations due upon receipt of shipment at their destination.
U.S. domestic Shipping
Shipments will be via USPS First-Class mail within 2-4 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated on the listing. It will include tracking information and delivery usually takes 2-5 days depending on the destination location. If your order requires rush or expedited shipping, please contact us when the order is placed so that we can ensure shipment of your order.
